Account deactivated for inform identity verification
My account was deactivated for inform identity verification 12 days ago. (Why do they deactivate when they can just ask for verification and deactivate when there is an issue?)
I called numerous times and was told the issue was sent to an internal team. That was 7 days ago, and 4 days ago, it was escalated. It's been 12 days, and my account is still deactivated.
I have been told again and again that there are no issues with my account and that I just need to wait. I think that waiting 12 days is more than long enough when there are no issues with my account, and the verification was completed the first day that I was asked.
Please help.

Because in the meantime some seller could have poisoned 100 people with toxic items.
Amazon does what they want to do to protect AMAZON.
Sellers are ALL secondary concerns.
Actually, all of us are tertiary -- PROFITS come first, buyers second.

I have just come out of this today.
If you find any option in your seller central dashboard to appeal declaring that the deactivation occurred by mistake, use that to appeal the deactivation. This is what I did after 5 weeks were passed and I had not received any email to complete the identity verification interview.
I received an email containing a link to complete the interview in 48 hours after I used the option I am referring to.

My account is still inactive after more than 30 days.
I have been sent to the identity verification team 20 times, and I got back emails from them that it's not an identity verification issue, and once in a while, I get a link telling me to reverify, which I do, and I get an automatic reply that I am verified.
This issue has been sent to an internal team and escalated to the , highest level, but I keep getting automated responses that they are working on it (over 30 days)
Please help.
