We are receiving used and old product in customer return parcel. When we filed safe-t-claim for the same , the team denied the claim with reason - You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims.

Order number is 403-9330306-1108311, date Fri, 30 June 2023, 4:03 pm IST. The customer ordered a total of 05 products from us. But returned only 4 products out of 5 & that all from the Supremeware Company. The all products are used by the customer. We received the products of the Supremeware Company. We are Paras Miracle Enterprise. We can not accept these 4 buckets. We will send them to the customer. Please reimburse the full amount Rs. 1600/- for the 4 buckets.

The used products mostly come in the form of gift articles items or such type of products etc. whose return time is 10 days, the company should take appropriate decision for this.
