Customer Posted an review not related to the product
A customer posted a review that isn't related to the product itself but to how it was damaged during transportation. We don't fulfill the product ourselves; we use Amazon's fulfillment services (FBA) to handle the products. Since we have no control over how the package was packed, handled, or delivered, how can we resolve this issue?
I reported it according to seller support guidelines (Case ID: 15330732621). Seller support agreed that it was an incorrect review but were not helpful in resolving the issue. I followed their guidelines to report the review. Can a moderator please help? It is ruining our business.

Using FBA may mean that such remarks would be struck through if left as seller feedback.
You though are asking about product review, and Amazon will not remove product review on seller behest. Only for reasons of their own.
