Hello Team,
Order id-406-8541481-7103517 We delivered the order on 2nd June and later customer cancelled the order & took the refund.
21 days has been passed but there is no tracking details updated on delivered tracking id or no return tracking id generated.
When we spoke with Amazon seller support & leadership team they are just giving us standard answers which is not acceptable.
As a seller we want to know is our return product pick up done or not & what is the current status but there is no clue...on this.
Absolute poor seller support service by amazon & leadership team.
We are looking for the resolution.
