It depends on which courier you are using but ideally you get your product, weigh and measure it and then look on RM website etc at how much it would cost
Remember it’s p&p - postage AND packaging so add in your boxes, mailers , labels etc

It all depends on the carrier you choose to use eg. RM, or one of the many couriers there are, also the size and weight of the items you are sending as each carrier has their own prices for weight and size bands, and also what you are sending, as some carriers will not take certain items.
You need to do your research specific to your needs.
It will also depend on which selling plan you are on - if you pay the £30 a month Pro. plan fee then you can set your own shipping charge, but if you are on the individual selling plan your customers will be charged Amazon’s default charge for the category of goods you are selling.

As others say you look up courier prices to find the one that best suits your product. You need to take into account the price they charge, delivery speed and insurance given. You need to make sure your shipping templates on Amazon match the delivery promise of the courier.

Remember that some couriers charge extra for delivery to some areas such as Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland. You may need to charge extra for some delivery areas or use Royal Mail which charges the same charge for the whole of the UK.
