Nothing to worry about if you use Amazon shipping and shipped on time.

I too have received this communication on some orders. Package volume for the carriers must be at an all time high owing to the season. As noted by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIif you use Amazon shipping and ship on time then you should be protected if the buyer files an A-to-z claim for the reason 'item not received' (INR).
