I have had a kitchen knife listing removed from amazon and have had little to no help from amazon case logs.

The item is part of a set of 5, but sold seperately as variations. All other 4 variations are wokring fine and I was just about to send stock until the ASIN was removed, meaning I can't creat shipping labels.

Some background.

Item is sold in:

Home & Kitchen > Cooking & Dining > Kitchen Tools & Gadgets > Kitchen Knives > Chef's Knives

Item is sold FBA.

I am pretty sure I set the item with customer_restriction_type attribute with the value “uk_18_knife” - but obviosluy as the listing is removed I can't check this (i am sure I did though).

When I go to edit the item it says I have to request approval. When I request approval I get:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other rp_3p_offer in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Kitchen category in Refurbished condition(s)

Other Kitchen category in Collectible condition(s)"

Item conditions sold as new.

I want to know:

1) How can I resolve this issue?

2) If I can't resolve it, what are my options? My manufacturer has applied amazon labels to the product and the ASIN is deactivated? Do i have to make a new listing, with new ASIN and ask my manufacturer to re-label - no doubt at cost to me.
