Amazon is doing cheating with sellers. Your customer care is applying refunds on already delivered products whereas my products a re Non-Returnable.

And one thing more, Amazon favours some specific sellers. Your people change category of product and put it in unrelevant category, that stops showing product to right customers.

And your seller customer system is also very poor and they do not provide proper answers, they only speaks our policy, our policy, our policy.
