Hello sir, a brand has complained to me twice of property hijacking Which was done on message software approval and I had no idea about it that it can ask for invoice from me later also, otherwise I had made the invoice first and then would go and sell it I was just doing FBM and I had listed it to try and the same brand has complained to me on two ASIN

yes most definitely they can complain, when they have informed you it mean they are serious about it and it can suspend your account any time, so remove your offer from them or make proper purchase from authorised wholesaler or distributor and then go ahead list it.
Actually this what new sellers dont understand that even brand is not registered yet but still its a brand and it can cause problems for them.
so avoid such shortcuts.
