Voice of the Customer - Performance Monitoring Guidelines
There are no clear guidelines for utilizing VoC Dashboard as it relates to CX Health, NCX Orders, and NCX Rate. If we as sellers are supposed to utilize the VoC Dashboard to monitor, then we need to know which CX Health ratings are "safe" vs "problematic" in the eyes of Amazon. For example, what does a CX Health rating of "GOOD" really mean if the SKU can still be shut down with that rating?
