ALL FUNDS IN ACCOUNT LEVEL RESERVE!!!!!
All my Funds are In account level Reserve for 3 cycles since December. I've opened up 4 cases with Amazon Support and I haven't received any help in this matter. I see Numerous of sellers dealing with the same issue. My account is in good health and I've been doing FBA & FBM since I started this is the first time .
All my sales have been consistent This has been a tremendous burden on my business and Amazon Seller Support hasn't been helpful at all.
Please help & advise .

I understand how the delay in accounts receivable (getting paid) can stress accounts payable (buying inventory). The delays are normal though. Most businesses manage this with loans, line of credit, credit cards or cash reserves. I would recommend having all four of those options.
As far as Amazons reserve it is quite clear that funds are held in reserve for the duration of the return for refund policy term. Combined with the bi weekly disbursement this means its normal to not receive funds from sales for 45 days.
If your sales have grown your funds can also be held by a "velocity review" to ensure that Amazon will not incure any losses due to fraudulent behavior. These velocity reviews also hold funds for 45 days give or take.
Also if you are "new" or even "new-ish" to selling on Amazon your funds can be withheld while Amazon authenticates your sourcing.

Openening multiple cases can be viewed as abuse of the case management system as should be avoided. Just create the one case and respond to that one.
Each subsequent case "puts you to the back of the line" and multiple cases can cause Amazon to not respond

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if we can attempt to get you some further information here.
Would you mind sharing the most recent cases that you have opened with Seller Support on this? I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided to this point.
In the meantime, I am going to see if I can see anything further in your account. I'll hang tight here for your reply.

Hello again. I had a chance to peek into your account and it appears you have been getting regular disbursements without missing a single payment since 12/19/2024.
I am not seeing anything out of the ordinary in your account and see the most recent disbursement was initiated yesterday, 3/10/2024.
You will always have some in your account level reserve and you can learn more about account level reserve by following this link.

My account is not deactivated but I was told that I needed a video call so I made an appointment but then again I was told that I don't need any video calls and they said all money in holding was released. That's 1st March but 2 weeks passed still I cannot request any payments. All the money is in account level reserve.
This is too serious problem. I really need this money to pay my bills. Please help.
