Amazon Seller support is not working!
Dear Amazon Community,
I am reaching out regarding a critical matter concerning my seller account affiliated with The Blacksmith Market. Despite multiple attempts to address issues such as payment verifications and address confirmations since I began selling on Amazon UK in 2022, I have encountered persistent challenges. Despite submitting documentation repeatedly, these issues remain unresolved.
I was an active seller on the platform and had established a company there. However, a series of unfortunate events in the United Arab Emirates led to a period where I was unable to access my account. Today, I discovered that my account no longer exists on Amazon UK. When attempting to log in, my store does not appear (please refer to the attached image). I had generated sales ranging between £1000 to £1500 on this marketplace, and the funds were supposed to be disbursed to me, yet they have not been.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Amazon seller support, my inquiries have been consistently ignored. This is unacceptable. I have legally established my company in the UK and conducted business there for some time, yet the funds locked in my account have not been transferred to me. Additionally, my store on the platform has been removed.
I request that my account be reactivated

I am urgently requesting a call from a seller representative to address this matter. The conversation can be conducted in English.This issue pertains to my business dealings in the UK.
