Lost items in warehouse
I shipped 100 units of a product. On the shipment summary page, it shows 100 units were located. But on the inventory page, it only shows 2 units. I submitted a case with the invoice to prove I purchased 100 units. But the seller support kept responding and closing the case by copying & pasting the same message again and again without actually answering why. Case ID: 16676561401
