Return Fraud - Safe T Claim Denied

We need help with Safe-T Claim Claim: 55295-38987-8789305

A customer returned 16 filthy used and unsellable t-shirts.

Return Reason: No longer needed

Buyer Comment: I thought I could use these but ended up not needing them

We were denied a fair compensation. We've followed all the proper procedures, but haven't made any progress. This is clearly fraudulent behavior, and Amazon should not tolerate such customer actions by failing to take appropriate measures. How can we escalate this issue?
