New FBM seller and I keep getting my packages returned via "Return to Sender" with "No Such Number" What is going on?
I've made a total of 14 sales so far and so far 4 packages have come back to me with a "No Such Number" Return To Sender sticker on them from USPS. I'm nervous more packages will be returning back to me. I don't know if I should reship, refund or what. I've reached out to ask them to verify their address but I haven't had a response yet. Is this some sort of scam that people do? I don't want my account health to go bad if I keep sending refunds or something. Has anyone had this problem?

Hello @Seller_FcoYzNBfUK7mz
Normally the USPS will match the address and tell you before you buy shipping that the address is not a valid address. Inasmuch as you got the products back, you should refund those orders. Do not reship. If a buyer contacts you to say that they need a replacement, the correct thing to do is to send the buyer a return mailing label, and then ask them to place a second order. If you simply ship out another item, there will be no record of it in your selling account.
