Amazon Claim: "You have been found to be related to an account Big Mango House" i never have another account
My account has been deactivated by Amazon since August 27. They claimed that I am involved in a second account with a seller called Big Mango House . They want me to show evidence that I have no connection to this account . After multiple calls and 10 submissions trying to explain my situation , I have made no progress.
I have asked for more information about their suspicions but they always say that they cannot reveal anything .
I do not know Big Mango House, where they are located what they sell etc. Amazon say they want more evidence to satisfy them. Can someone please help me resolve this problem ?

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
Typically when it comes to concerns of a multiple account policy violation, it does not imply that you "own" another account. We have identified that you are associated to this other store or account owner due to shared attributes of some kind. This can be caused by employees, friends, family or business partners. As noted we do require proof of separation. Since this situation is caused when we identify an association to a deactivated store specifically, thus if the current associated account was to be reinstated, we could accept this as well.
What information have you provided to validate the reason for association and proof of separation? We will typically require that you provide documentation validating the association such as contracts, agreements or terms of provided services from a company. We will then require proof of separation which can include termination agreements, bill of sale, end of service agreements and other similar documents.
As noted if you identify why the association occurred and the associated store is reinstated, you can appeal acknowledging the associate stores reactivation.
Due to the requirements to maintain confidentiality of personal an private information, we can and will only share the store name, date of associate store creation and in some situations the region of the other store. We will not offer or provide any additional information in these situation.
You will need to research all aspects of your business, and information used to manage or maintain your account. Review who has access to your information, store. Do you share ANY of this information with anyone such as a spouse for example. If your information is shared, you will need to communicate with those individuals on if they currently or in the past previously sold on amazon. You will then need to verify if you have any documentation as mentioned above to validate a separation of business.
Please keep in mind that if these documents do not exist, or we cannot validate a separation with your documentation, we will require the reactivation of the associated account as this would be the only other path to resolve our code of conduct - multiple account policy violation.

As noted in my original post, this is why researching the information and individual or businesses associated with you and your account. You do not have to have had ANY association with this business or even be aware of them, but lets say you have a good friend down the street who you let use your computer all the time, this would create a connection with their account if you never knew they sold on amazon. We cannot legally provide you any additional information. Due to the concerns with your account being associated with a deactivated account causes us concern that needs to be addressed prior to being able to sell.
Surrounding the concerns of identity theft, you will need to work with your local authorities. Once you have a full police report including what exact information was stolen, you can provide this as proof that you are not associated to another account.

These are cases where you called the account health team, they do not have any information or provide any insight into the situation.
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.
As noted in your notice, they provided another example of how these situations can happen such as third party individuals or businesses. Have you ever hired anyone to create, or manage your account? Does anyone have access to your account such as a virtual assistant? If we cannot verify a valid separation, the account will remain deactivated.

Need advice about getting a police report

To help clarify these types of issues if reported and found true can help in the separation but as noted by your local police, they require proof of a crime. Where do you believe someone has stolen your identity? Have you reported what was stolen or taken, how it was abused? If this was related to your bank or credit cards have you reported the fraudulent activity to the proper authorities?
Making these reports to the proper authority surrounding what may have been taken so they can investigate will offer you supporting information for the policy to open their own report and investigation for criminal activity. You can then provide their outcome as supporting evidence if they find a crime had taken place.
Please note if there is not enough supporting evidence that a crime had taken place a police report would not be a valid approach.
I am unable to offer additional information on the subject, as we only provide the two mentioned options to dispute the situation. As stated in my original post, we require supporting documents to validate a separation, or the associated account will need to first be reinstated.
