I'm still paying fees on vacation in Brazil, Mexico and Canada

I am told by Amazon that even if I go on vacation in Brazil, Canada, and Mexico, I will STILL have to pay the fees to operate in those markets even if I do not want to operate in those markets. I want to sell only in the US and I only want to pay fees associated with selling in the USA. How do I get a professional account for only the USA and pay fees only for the USA?

If you convert the fees into US dollars, you are paying within pennies of the $39.99 US per month. Your plan includes all of those, vacation or not. There is NO difference in your pro fee by not using any of the four.

The total you will pay is about $40/month; fluctuations in exchange rates can make it slightly higher or lower, but that is the TOTAL amount for the "unified marketplace", regardless of how many of those marketplaces you have active.

You will see the fee broken down between all of the marketplaces in which you have listings, active or inactive. If you make sure to fully delete the listings in the other marketplaces, then the total amount should be billed only to your .com account.

But again, the total is the same, regardless. Just a bookkeeping headache if broken up.
