Account deactivated due to Counterfiet Complaint
Hi ,
My Account has been deactivated due to critical counterfeit complaint. Fortunately we workout things with the right owners and they are ready to retract. But they saying Complaint ID is not showing there account to retract.
They have sent email to notice-department@amazon.com but not getting any response.
Please guide.

Complaints has been retracted from US website and our account is in good health now. Its keeps deactivated for 30 days because of this issue.

You should have the complaint ID - but its odd they don’t have it ?!
They need to make sure your merchant token number is on the retraction email and ask to be copied it

They have Complaint ID but they saying when they type it for retraction error occurs . These ASINs already been retracted 1 time before. They complaint second time for the same ASINs. Now when they try to retract old Complaint Id is appearing and ASINS cannot be retracted error.
Is there any other way they can retract?
