Our reviews were deleted from 870 to 152 overnight without any reason and explanation. It is a single product which is active since almost a year and required a lot of credibility but this massive deleting both positive and negative has hampered sales.

Spoke to seller support but they provided a robotic answer and no real resolution. Is there a way this can be fixed ?
