Unable To Submit Product Listing Due to Error Message

I have been trying to submit a product listing for the past 3 weeks. All information has been completed on the application. I will be selling the product via FBA, it is a brand new product (my own product), not currently listed anywhere on Amazon. Every time I try to submit my listing it does not progress and the following error message comes up;

An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvience.

Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time.2024-04-14T03:39:14.686Z 57Z1GXVHNE61S03JKZZ9

-Invalid enumerated value 'AMAZON_NA' for attribute 'fulfillment_availability'.

Has anyone come across this issue before and how to overcome it. I have been going back and forth with Amazon Support for over 3 weeks and they are not providing helpful input.

Could this "enumerated value AMAZON_NA" maybe mean "Not Allowed"?

Did you check if for that product does exist import restrictions from the US governement?

Do you see other similar products on .com?

Do you list with an UPC bought from GS1?

Have you created listings before?

Were you trying to create it via Add a Product Not On Amazon in Seller Central?

If a flat file, are you positive that you were using an inventory template for new products and not an inventory loader file?

In the inventory templates (for new product creation) they generally have a field called fulfillment_center_id which is where you'd have AMAZON_NA.

So it may be that you're not using the correct flat file if you are using a flat file.

My product has been approved I did FBM and few later I changed it to FBA. Now, Amazon remove it from the listing.

Have you tried doing it via a different browser? That fixed the issue for me.

I have been going through a very similar situation, also for 6 days. Many hours on the phone and several different departments. No resolution at this point.

All my saved listing drafts disappeared and it seems that everything is "stuck". When I try to complete my previous drafts there is a screen with the Amazon Seller Central banner and a plain white page.

Three different reps told me I had to use a different browser-clear the cashe-start over.... I tried several browsers, it's still a blank screen when I try to finish.

Today's answer is "there might have been a glitch on Amazon's side. There is a department we can't speak to on the phone that could help." They are going to send my case to them with notes of the past four cases.

We shall see. In the mean time I'm starting a few listings over again.
