Exactly as the title states. I am unable to view older messages in the thread. When I click "Load More" it goes to "There was a problem loading the Case. Click here to retry." I cannot load older messages anymore. Amazon Chat doesn't see any problem on their side. Does anyone have a solution for this? The workaround would be to check my emails, but that's very time consuming. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for visiting the seller forums. This is the first report I have found in the forums about the inability to view older Buyer messages in Buyer-Seller messaging. What browser are you using? Seller Central functions best when loaded in Firefox or Chrome.
If there are other sellers who are experiencing this same issue with viewing Buyer-Seller messaging, please post here so I can begin to collect additional examples.
