Return Orders Not Delivered—Only Receiving SMS/OTP Without Item

I’m reaching out because I’m facing an issue with my return orders that were canceled by the customer/returned I’ve received SMS and email updates saying my package is out for delivery, but i haven’t received any calls from your return team to collect the item.
& sometime they doesn't even need OTP and the order status suddenly started showing Returned to seller HOW?
Here are the details:
Canceled Orders (2):
Order ID: 404-7416441-2860360, 4-0281984-9041140
Returned Orders by Customer (6):
Order ID: 403-2902471-3717108, 407-1038358-2137904, 407-8113204-1554717, 407-4530715-6789144, 405-0574683-8228353, 171-0149094-3645913
Additionally, I called all the numbers listed in the SMS and email notifications I received, but no one could provide information on where my orders are. They informed me they don't have the orders, yet Amazon continues to send SMS messages with their names and contact details.
On top of that, Order ID 404-7416441-2860360 hasn’t been delivered to me and is showing as “Returned to Sender.” Please check again and ensure it is delivered to me.
It’s my request that an investigation is called into this return team or manager who seems to be mishandling the process. They keep sending SMS notifications but never deliver my orders.

PLEASE EXPEDITE THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS IT BEEN MONTH FACING THESE PROBLEM I ALREADY CONTACTED SELLER SUPPORT BUT NO HELP PROVIDED & AND THEY KEEP CLOSING THE CASE ID WITHOUT HELPING OR GIVING PROPER SOLUTION.
