Return Orders Not Delivered—Only Receiving SMS/OTP Without Item

I’m reaching out because I’m facing an issue with my return orders that were canceled by the customer. Although I’ve received SMS and email updates saying my package is out for delivery, I haven’t received any calls from your return team to collect the item.
Here are the details:

Additionally, I called all the numbers listed in the SMS and email notifications I received, but no one could provide information on where my orders are. They informed me they don't have the orders, yet Amazon continues to send SMS messages with their names and contact details. I also reported this issue to Amazon Seller Central. They informed me that the package is on its way and, if not delivered, I would get reimbursed within 50 days. But I don’t want a reimbursement—I just want my product returned to me.
The package is already listed as being in my city, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. Could you please help me resolve this and ensure I get my product back soon? Your assistance would mean a lot.
On top of that, Order ID 408-3545112-4330719 hasn’t been delivered to me and is showing as “Returned to Sender.” Please check again and ensure it is delivered to me. This order was supposed to be delivered on 8 April 2025, but instead, the status shows it was returned to the seller. I believe there’s some sort of bug or mistake here. To be clear, there have been no return attempts made. It’s not possible to transfer the whole order from West Bengal to Prayagraj in just one day.
It’s my request that an investigation is called into this return team or manager who seems to be mishandling the process. They keep sending SMS notifications but never deliver my orders.
