customization product listings have many issue after order as we need to know what buyer want on their product i am making stands that needs more info about customer details that only can know after we talk to buyer and we cant connect direct through mobile many times i left the mail but buyer didn’t respond as we know they wont check regular message on amazon mobile app.

If you download the order reports you would be see the email ending with Amazon.com and you can filter out that order and write a email from your registered mail address which is linked with your amazon seller account and send the same. Once it is sent you can go on the buyer seller messaging option to see the order ID and other details of the buyer and contact them directly. This would save alot of your time in emails and you can process the order as per the buyer’s requirement.
