Unable to edit listing
I created a listing back in June 2024 while we finished developing our product. I did it from my own account as a vendor, no other person on my team has made edits but me. Now, when I really need to update the information, it is not updating and product is about to arrive. I did the file upload, and called customer service and they only answer "I am not the brand steward". When I am using the exact account I created the listing to edit it.
Is not the first time it happens, and now they are unable to help.
