Utility bill verification

Hello,

My account was opened back on September 2023 without any issues and we were doing business for months with no problem. All of a sudden Amazon suspended our account back on February 2024 and asked us to provide a utility bill.

Our company is established in WY but we currently live in Turkey and do our business remotely. So based on the information AH associates provided, we submitted a bill from Turkey, it got rejected. We also tried to provide different type of bills from Turkey and all got rejected.

Lastly, we got a business mobile phone bill from T-Mobile but that one got rejected too. Right now we do not know what to do.

And by the way, I would like to mention that we never ever received any single rejection notification for our appeals. According to one of the AH specialists, when we submitted our first appeal the person who reviews it accidentally but a wrong information to our account so that is the reason why we do not receive a response from Seller Performance Team. He told me that that is the reason why we do not receive a response from Seller Performance and our account cannot be considered for reactivation if they don't fix it.

Last time, I just wanted to send my appeal to the dharmesh team via email rather than the account health page. And this is the first time I got a response from them, even if it was negative. But the thing is, right now all the information on the account health page is resetted somehow. I cannot see my previos submissions and the page looks like the time I was going to send my appeal first time.

So we are so confused guys. What should we do? In summary:

-Our business address is a virtual address in Wyoming but we live in Turkey

-We provided lots of invoices from both countries but not accepted, and no response.

-Now the page looks like resetted or redeemed all of a sudden and we do not know why.

What should we do?
