Hi, I would like to share some info regarding the same :-
1) You can use your brand name for selling on amazon even if your trademark is under processing.
2) You need to link you trademark to your account on Amazon Brand Registry.
But, I would strongly suggest you to not sell on amazon until you have your trademark registered. Because amazon only considers Registered Trademarks as rightful owners of the Brand (Which is also correct ) but when you will list your product even under your brand , other sellers can map your product and you will not be able to get them removed because your trademark is pending , which will cause you a lot of issue further down the road.
So, I would suggest you to first get your trademark registered , then look for selling on amazon with ease.
