Easy Ship Orders are not being picked up by the Courier guy. What should I do

I’m a new seller who is trying to sell his good on Amazon. After 1 month I got 3 order but the courier guy does not come to collect the order after scheduling them.
How can I get this issue resolved or escalated to the concerned team who can look into the issue and help me resolve it?
Is there any way to make sure that this issue is addressed?
