No access to to my USA-North america seller account
I have an issue with my USA account. It lets me log in but most of the choices including add product is blacked out. It shows the dollar amount that is sold and Ad impression. It would let me access to contact the help desk. It tells no permission or error has occured. The app is the same way. I can't open the ticket either. However, I can still login into Brand registry account. I am not sure if it is a temporary error or if my account has been hacked. I need help ASAP.
PS.
When I clicked in the email from my previously opened ticket, it takes me to amazon developers page.

I changed my password. On the app, it is asking me Merchant Picker account and I am not registered on any of them. It doesn't show North America account.
