Hi had sent an order to a customer, buyer create return, but till now i don't receive return product. Its already 40 days has gone but don't know where is my product. I call Seller support but they are not able to help saying you will get refund through safety claim.

You will get auto reimbursement which return shipment not getting delivered to you.
And you can raise safe-t claim by selecting "order not received" option.
