Shipment delivery failed on a holiday. Steps to contact carrier to reship it again
One of my business customers was not able to accept the package as the delivery was attempted on Sunday at his office premises which was closed. Now while tracking it is showing that the customer has to contact the delivery carrier to get his package. I just want to know that can I as a seller instruct Amazon or the delivery carrier to reattempt the delivery? If so, what will be the steps.
