New Seller Incentives in 2024
I am a new seller and checked the new seller incentives dashboard.
Up to 10% bonus on Eligible Branded Sales and Adopt FBA are all active but Amazon Coupons, Vine and Sponsored Ads are saying "Not enrolled" and eligible until Feb/2025. When I clicked "Register" under the each incentive, it just took me to seller university. So I had to go directly Vine and amazon ads to create campaigns yesterday and today. But still it says "Not enrolled" even it I registered vine program and created PPC Ads. Will the fees and costs be applicable later? I am very confused with the new seller program.
How can I ensure I am going to receive those incentives?

The first step would be to file a case with Seller Support. This will help if an escalation is needed and it also documents the steps that you have taken. Once you have it please share the Case ID here.
