Brand Registry Problem - Access Revoked

Hello All

I have a brand registered in brand registry and I was selling my product fine. Normally I would fill in the form to report buyers from brand registry and it was all good. But recently a few got rejected ( I don’t know why) and now my access is revoked. I have tried to appeal and sent many plans of action but I get the same automated response. Please can someone help. The case ID is 11077405802

For a forum mod to look at your case ID you need to tag in some of the mods - otherwise they will not see your post.

Your acceptance rate over the last 6 months is not ideal and you should be able to see which ones weren't accepted and why by clicking into the complaint ID and hitting the down arrow on the "Not accepted," in the status column.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any more specific information.

Brand Registry hasn't worked for years, once it stops working it stops working. If if they acknowledge and say they will fix it, they don't it's useless
