Effective from June 8, 2022, the recommended weight and dimensions for your shipment will be automatically populated at the time of scheduling to improve your scheduling and pick-up experience. You will not be able to schedule the order if you enter values outside the recommended range.

If you believe that the recommended values are incorrect, then we request that you schedule the order within the recommended range. You can then submit valid image proofs and provide the correct weight and dimensions within 15 days of scheduling the order.

Image proofs can be submitted on an ASIN level. If you receive incorrect recommendations on multiple orders for a particular ASIN, then you can submit weight and dimension images for that ASIN. Once verified, we will apply those readings to all the orders for that particular ASIN.

We will notify whether your request has been approved or rejected via e-mail. If it is verified that the recommended values are incorrect, then we will refund any additional fee charged due to the incorrect recommendation within 15 business days for all the impacted orders.
