After picked up item, amazon showing order cancelled?
I Received an order ID: ** Removed by Amazon - Note : do not post any personal information **, and i scheduled pickup for 23.08.2018 between 1 PM - 4 PM. Pickup service boy (mob. no. ** Removed by Amazon **) picked the packed. But amazon dashboard not showing picked up the order till 12.00pm and on dated 24.08.2018 it cancelled by the amazon.
I complained by Case: ** Removed by Amazon **, at nearly 6 pm on dated 23.08.18, which was neither short out with the time nor contact me for any clearance.
This is fault of amazon system and pickup service , hence no cancellation fee should be deduct from my account and should be proceed picked up packet to buyer destination.

sometime customers place orders bymistake & cancel the order just after pick up.it will return to you.Now coming to not picked up status .delivery pick up the parcel from you but don’t pick with mobile software duey to busy schedule.processing centre update the status after 24 hours
