Hi @Seller_buQRjyon2cTqJ, are you using FBA or FBM? This option should only be offered if the inventory of the original item (in the same quantity and condition) is available in-stock in your Seller Central account at the time of the return request. I would suggest contacting Seller Support if that is not the case.
