Customer rejection

I sell fragile glass items, and each order takes around an hour to pack carefully. When customers rejects the order at the time of delivery , it results in a significant loss of time and resources. I kindly request Amazon to consider implementing a cancellation charge to support sellers like us who are facing these challenges.
