How is it our fault when the customer doesn't pick up the package from the post office?
This is one of the many reasons why the new late delivery metric is unfair. In the past two weeks, I’ve had two orders that were returned to me due to “insufficient address/ no such number”. I’ve had one that missed her pickup and it was returned due to her not picking it up in time, and now I have a customer who said “deliver it or refund me” when her order was scheduled to arrive on August 8th. Her order has been at the post office awaiting pickup since the 2nd. So this order was ahead of schedule yet since she had failed to pick it up it’s marked as late and now will likely be retuned to me. Out of the ones I listed above ALL were reshipped for FREE to the correct address once I got them back. Now, you tell me why that’s my responsibility and why Im getting dinged for late delivery when it’s totally out of my control. Fix thiis please, this is ridiculous!
