Remove Erroneous Third-Party Video from Our Product Pages

We recently discovered that a commission-earning third party added a video to our product pages that demonstrates an obsolete (closed) ASIN sold under our different brand name.

The video will confuse buyers, because our current products' components and setup differ significantly from that third-party video.

We entered case ID 16064899441 to request removal of the video from our product pages, and got an unhelpful boilerplate reply with instructions to remove our own created content using the "Upload and Manage Videos" page.

Of course, since we didn't create or upload that third-party video, our "Upload and Manage Videos" page doesn't list the video or have a way to remove it.

When we replied that the boilerplate reply wasn't helpful, the Seller Support rep responded that "we do not allow anyone to remove others' videos unless they directly violate Community Guidelines."

Unlike a normal customer review video, that commission-earning third-party video appears prominently on the same panel as our own product video, and doesn't have the "Verified Purchase" feature whose missing badge would reveal that the third party used a different, obsolete product.

Can someone advise how to reach a Seller Support manager who can review and evaluate our request - to either remove that erroneous video, or move it to the relevant, closed product page?

The erroneous third-party video is here. This third-party video shows obsolete inlet fittings, not found in our current products, that were sold as part of this closed, inactive product.

Thanks in advance.
