My Product doesnt show on sale

Hi Everyone, I recently put my products on sale on Amazon. However, three out of four products don't show that the products were on sale, it listed as if it's their regular listing price. I did the same modifications on the other product it shows correctly, on sale. The listing price is strikethrough and it says that it is on sale on the product. I did the same on the other three but they show still the same. Am I doing something wrong here? I appreciate your help.

I did the edit-sale(sale price-start date-end-date) and checked the listing price.

Thanks!

John

The strike-through price is only applied, if you have sold the product for long time at a higher price. Here the system seems to not accept your previous selling time as "long enough".

you have to establish a "list price". That is the price people have actually paid for the product in the past. this is to avoid fraudulent, invalid sales, where sellers basically add $10 to the price and then offer a $10 coupon....

Not good enough. There have to be confirmed sales at that price.

Hi there @Seller_Ugd5uvr2EikQt,

Thank you for your question regarding a List Price displaying a sale. The response from @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC is correct, as stated by the Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price help page:

For a List Price to display, it must represent the price at which you or other retailers or sellers have recently made substantial sales of the product in question, and your offer must be lower than the List Price.

The must be established sales in order to display the List price as you are requesting. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
