I am reporting a review on my product that violates multiple Amazon community guidelines. I reported it as per seller support guideline (Case ID: 15979242601). The seller support agreed that it was an incorrect review but were not helpful. I reported the review as per their guidelines. Can a mod please help escalating this issue/request, it ruining our business.

The reviewer focuses on the number of items received in the order and questions the price for the quantity. This type of feedback is not relevant to the product itself and violates Amazon’s guidelines, which state that reviews should focus on the product, not the shipping or order experience. According to Amazon’s guidelines:

Amazon Community Guidelines Quote: "We don’t allow reviews that focus on shipping or order experience, as these aren’t relevant to the product itself. For questions or concerns related to shipping or order issues, please contact Customer Service directly."

This review does not discuss the actual quality, performance, or features of the product, but instead focuses on an issue related to the order, which should be directed to customer service.

Request for Action:

Given this clear violation of Amazon’s Community Guidelines, I respectfully request that this review be removed from my product listing. The review does not contribute any relevant information about the product itself and instead focuses on an unrelated shipping or order issue.
