SELLER ACCOUNT ACTIVE BUT RECEVIING ERROR Not Authorized You do not have access to merchant A*********. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace.

My seller account is active in Canada and the listings are live and I am receiving buyer messages. Yet when I try to login to seller central, I am getting the error Not Authorized You do not have access to merchant ****. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace.

Calling Amazon customer support is useless since after they take down my problem I receive an email saying that there the email is not associated with any Amazon account. all other marketplaces show up ok except for USA and Canada. This has gone on for over 2 months and I am at my wits end. You cannot write to seller support because you cannot login to seller central and because the email has been disassociated from the account on the Amazon backend - for no obvious reason - they refuse to answer any queries about the account. Yet, I continue to receive Amazon and buyer emails to my email.

I cannot even post to Seller forum under that email.

Can someone from Amazon please step ion and look into this? I have tried resetting the router, logging in from a different device etc
