Amazon Can't refund an unused shipping label
I bought a USPS shipping label through Amazon at 21 Aug. After that, the order is cancelled and label is unused.
However, the "Refund Purchased Shipping Label" button is gone now. I can't click this button to refund the label. I contacted Amazon for Help. I already sent several messages. Amazon keeps telling me to click the button, to reprint the label, or to cancel the order .... None of the Amazon Support can help me to refund the unused shipping label.
I've never had any problem to refund USPS shipping label In my past 20+ years of purchasing shipping labels from other companies. I really don't understand why Amazon is so difficult to refund a unused label.

It looks like, according to this support page, that you have 14 days to request a refund for a shipping label, and if you are just now trying to refund it, then we are past that deadline.

You have 14 days from purchase to request the refund, and then the refund can take 60 days to process.

This keeps happening to me too....They keep saying USPS denied my label because it is in the mailstream but it has never even been sent out or scanned. I keep going back and forth with Amazon and USPS and no one can help me!
