SEVERAL OF MY LISTINGS were removed with the reason "Copyright Infringement"
I am the brand owner in the Amazon brand registry for my brand I have been creating a listing for my brand with no problems for years, but a few days ago SEVERAL OF MY LISTINGS were removed with the reason "Copyright Infringement", I received 6 "Suspected Intellectual Property Violations", AND 8 "Trademark misuse"! All for having my listing under my brand!
My brand is registered in the brand registry.
In Case ID 13872183321 & 13850455801 Seller support asked me to provide a "Letter of Authorization" (again?), and after I did the case was closed with " document provided is not valid".
I am talking to the wall! Please Help!

You need an invoice as the basic, and any Letter of Authorization to sell as a secondary document.
However, I would be more concerned with the fact that you are being asked for a LoA when you are the Brand.
Did you provide the LoA setup as provided for in seller Help or University? With the proper logo header and brand authorization text? I would google the various LoA texts out there and see how well it matches what you used. This is what we did when we set up LoA for our sellers who sell our product online.

I wonder if the issue could be that the listed owner of the trademark and the legal entity on your Amazon account are different. Is this the case?

Same stuff keeps happening. We're tired of all of the extra time and work it takes for the continual BS. We send in the requested info and Amz still won't reinstate listings. Losing so many sales/money over this increasing ridiculousness. Most of it is coming from non-U.S. "companies" that change the brand, pics and info on the listings to something Completely Different. Clear evidence of this, as the listing's reviews and pics prove, without a shadow of doubt, that these crooks changed the listing. Amz can see this too, but do little to nothing, but ding our account when we've done nothing wrong! I believe these crooks have help from within in order to have access to make such changes.

Are you sure the trademark misuse isn't because another Brand's name is used on your listing? If so, use "compatible with 'brand'.." just a thought

If a brand any brand files a trademark or copyright knowing it will not pass. Amazon will accept their application and boom you are out. Someone else has your brand. Amazon should have accepted only certified trademarks and copyrights not applications. This is why amazon has no control on the brands. It takes a long time to get approved or rejected.
It is a real mess. Now amazon does not know real from Fake. We have had no luck with amazon. It is first come first serve with amazon.

The problem is not with Amazon as a company. The problem is with its programmers who created this problems. It is time consuming to solve it if you can solve it. You are dealing with programing. Good Luck

Do not look for much help from amazon. Amazon does not know real from fake. Amazon did not use forward thinking when they started their fake brand registry scam.
