Pending trademark
Amazon appears to not be allowing me to sell with my pending trademark unless I go through the IP accelerator and then I am able to start listing within 10 days or so . Has anyone come across this issue?
I was able to use my pending with Amazon UK with no problem.
Amazon accepts and recognizes my serial number as a trademark but I can't list it.
Amazon accelerator lawyers charge the earth compared to the lawyer who registered my brand

Nope. I always use anything but IP accelerator.
Make sure that your Seller Central account is connected to your brand registry. Sometimes, you can set up your brand registry account and it doesnt connect to Seller Central.
Open a case from Seller Central and say "Connect my Seller Central account to my brand registry account"

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Please, can you clarify if you are wanting to just add your pending USPTO TM to your existing approved Brand Registry Brand or is are you trying to enroll a new brand in Brand Registry with a pending Trademark?
I can assist with either scenario and answer your question. Amazon Brand Registry does accept pending TM's if they are from the list of 20 countries, EUIPO or WIPO. You can find the list in the Eligibility Requirements.
I did see you were successful at connecting your USPTO TM to your enrolled brand, but I was unable to locate a new Brand Registry enrollment application. If you are trying to enroll a new brand, but are getting declined, please provide a case ID and I will take a closer look and provide assistance where I am able.
