back in November I started setting up my Amazon seller account . I got so far through the application and realised it was the payed account £25 month , and it was not the one I wanted , so I started from the beginning again and filled all information in , gave proof of identity (;passport) and gave my bank details , they took the 19 pence to prove the account was mine . I got verified and my account was set up . But not long after it was deactivated . They are telling me that you have been found to be related to an account beginning with ( company name ) . Now I believe this was the account I had set up , so I’m confused to say the least . They now sayi must provide evidence that I have never owned another account . How can I possibly do this , I didn’t even know I had another account . What supporting documentation can I send . Each time I send them an email to explain the situation they reply with the same response . Please help
