We are facing a critical issue with our product listings over the past four days. Customers attempting to purchase or add our product to their cart are encountering the following error message in red: "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location."

This problem has resulted in a sudden and drastic drop in our sales, despite our product being visible and not suppressed in any region. Here are some key points for your reference:

Account Health: Our account health is in excellent condition, and none of our listings are suppressed or blocked.

Serviceability Issue: We are based in Mumbai, and while orders to nearby pincodes are being processed, customers outside Mumbai are unable to place orders.
