Change of Shipment Method from SPD to LTL in a middle of workflow !! we don't want this !
We have one of our regular shipping plan today that keeps getting twisted in the middle of the work flow.
we are sending 5 small boxes with SPD option. it is supposed to go to CLT2. We click on everything like usual... small boxes, light weight, small amount of items per box, etc... nothing different than the other days.
And then, at the step 3, after confirming SPD, we end up with our shipment turned into a LTL shipment, and the system ask us to provide the details of the pallet... we tried 3 times, cancelling and recreating the shipping plan to try to get a SPD shipment, etc... everything normal on the plan. No luck, it turns into a LTL shipment all the time.
Anyone else experincing this today ? is it a bug ?
We are going to open a case but I doubt the CS will be helpfulll
