No longer getting 100% reimbursements on SAFE-T claims???

Did I miss the memo somewhere? I just submitted 9 SAFE-T claims over the weekend (many of which were for "orders not received"), and 5 of them were reimbursed. All 5 reimbursements were only partial reimbursements though. In the past they were always 100% reimbursements. In most of the cases, it appears Amazon is keeping their 15% referral fee, but reimbursing the rest. However in one egregious example, for a claim amount of $63.22 (that was an expedited shipment) I was only reimbursed for $23.74. The SAFE-T claim id is 91910-65839-5559253 if any mods would be so kind to follow up on this. Is anyone else seeing "partial" reimbursements across the board on their SAFE-T claims in which they are fortunate enough to be granted reimbursement? Did Amazon change their policy on this? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting about this claim experience @Seller_Upvu1TAAIBv2x- chiming in here to let you know I did submit a request around that claim ID to see if our team can provide any further information. Did the customer indicate both items in that order didn't arrive?

Thanks! And keep an eye on this thread as I'll post again here and tag you as I receive an update.

Best,

Danny
