The associate Vishwas Shrivastav who was before us to make our catalog or our account live, told us that our brand registry has got approved and asked us to share the email received from the agency, we forwarded the same but he never disclosed that there is a code that has to be pasted in the space provided neither he did it from his end, at the time of putting the account live he said that it is showing as inactive and as a result he is putting our page under generic category and making it live, even he also asked us to delete the variations as it is showing an error with variations, all he had is a pressure on making it live, once it got live he said, he will re initiate the process of brand registry and he will be in touch throughout our journey on amazon, but till today no action has been taken and neither he has replied over a single e mail from our side, why he is doing this I really do not understand, please look into it.

If possible please assign someone who can guide us to get brand registry done, we initiated for GTIN exemption but it got rejected, no clue how to get it done, we saw tutorial and added variations but since catalog was created under Generic category so its impossible to search on amazon page.

Please appoint someone so that we will be able to get the things done as we are ready with the stock we already purchased.
