Recurring Issues with Lost Shipments to MDW2, 250 EMERALD DR, Joliet, IL

I am reaching out to express my frustration and seek advice regarding an ongoing issue we've been facing with shipments to the Amazon fulfillment center at MDW2, 250 EMERALD DR, Joliet, IL. It has become a recurring problem that a portion of our shipments consistently goes missing upon arrival at this facility.

This issue leaves us in a perplexing situation, trying to determine whether the root cause lies with the seller's handling of the goods or with the logistic management practices at the fulfillment center.

Has anyone else experienced similar challenges with shipments to this location? How have you addressed these issues, and have you been able to identify whether it's a seller-related problem or a logistics management issue? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as we are keen on finding a resolution to prevent future losses.

Thank you for your time and any advice you can provide.

I have the same experience as you. My 29 boxes worth $44080 were delivered to the MDW2 warehouse on March 2nd to retrieve the POD receipt, but have not been registered for storage for over 40 days. The goods were lost at the entrance of MDW2 warehouse.

This incident is not the first time it has occurred. Last time, 31 boxes of goods were lost, and they were also unloaded and received a signed receipt in MDW2, but they were not registered for storage for a year. I think this is gang theft, they may know what the items in your box are, selective theft!

Amazon shirks responsibility and will not handle it. I am very frustrated and I am continuing to appeal
